How to Add/Remove Constraint Fields

Sometimes there may be instances where you have fields that are not relevant to a spec constraint or fields that are not included in the constraint. These can be removed using the following procedures.

To Remove a Constraint Field

  1. Click on a constraint field and press the Add/Remove Constraints button .
  2. When the Modify Constraints control displays, find the field you would like to remove from the Selected Fields section and press the ' < ' button.

    The field will be moved from the Selected Fields section to the Available Fields section.

  3. Click on an area outside of the control to apply the change.

    The selected field will be removed from the constraint.

To Add a Constraint Field

  1. Click on a constraint field and press the Add/Remove Constraints button .
  2. When the Modify Constraints control displays, find the field you would like to add from the Available Fields section and press the ' > ' button.

    The field will be moved from the Available Fields section to the Selected Fields section.

  3. Click on an area outside of the control to apply the change.

    The selected field will be removed from the constraint.
